Deadlines met,
and explained.

Most people don't want to understand accounting. They want someone to file things on time, tell them what they owe well before it's due, and answer an email without a meter running.

How we work

A Manchester practice, clear about its scope

V.O. AccountsPro Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 14819065, incorporated in April 2023, with its registered office at 30 Magpie Lane, Partington, Manchester M31 4TQ.

We are supervised for anti-money laundering purposes, which is a legal requirement for accountancy service providers — ask us for the details, and ask any accountant you're considering. We are not registered auditors and do not carry out statutory audit work, and we are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, so we give no investment or pension advice.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

Do you do audits?

No. We're not registered auditors and we don't carry out statutory audit work. Most small companies are exempt, and if yours isn't we'll help you find a registered audit firm.

How are your fees charged?

Fixed, agreed in a letter of engagement before any work starts, with monthly payment available. Phone calls and emails during the year aren't billed separately.

Can you advise on pensions or investments?

No. That's regulated advice and we're not FCA authorised. We'll handle the accounting and tax and refer you to a regulated adviser.

I'm behind on my filings. Can you help?

Yes, and it's common. Tell us how far behind and we'll work through it in order, dealing with HMRC and Companies House as we go.

Which software do you use?

Whatever suits you, including the main cloud packages. If you're on spreadsheets and MTD applies, we'll explain what has to change.

Can you take over from my current accountant?

Yes. We'll write for professional clearance and handle the handover — it's a routine process.

Deadline approaching?

A free first meeting on where things stand and what it would cost. No obligation.
